As a dietary supplement, it is one of the strongest antioxidants known. Thyme supports the immune, respiratory, digestive, nervous, and other body systems.

 

Ylang Ylang oil (Cananga odorata)is steam distilled from the flowers of the tree. And means “flower of flower” among other things  . It has been used customarily for promoting healthy hair and balancing emotions. The best time to pick the flower is in the early morning.
